PineBridge Investments has held the final close for PineBridge Structured Capital Partners III with USD600 million of aggregate capital commitments, surpassing its planned target amount of USD500 million.
The Fund will invest in junior capital securities including mezzanine debt and structured equity issued by privately-owned middlemarket companies across all sectors in North America.
