Colesco, a direct lending specialist backed by the Rabobank Group which was established to support the growth ambitions of European mid-market businesses, has appointed Karin Pasha-Huizinga as Responsible Investment Officer.
Pasha-Huizinga has almost 20 years of experience in investment and advisory management, with a focus on financial risk management and sustainability. At Colesco, she will lead the development and implementation of the company’s Responsible Investment Framework and help the firm uide investor capital to facilitate the sustainable growth of mid-market companies.
Before joining Colesco, Pasha-Huizinga was a partner at the Cardano Group, dedicated to sustainability and institutional investor servicing. She also oversaw the integration of sustainable investing specialist ACTIAM and gave strategic risk advice to Dutch pension funds.
Pasha-Huizinga holds a MSc in Applied Physics, and a MSc in Risk Management from Delft University of Technology and VU Amsterdam respectively. She is also CFA Institute charter holder.
