Prysm Capital has promoted Lauren Moffatt to a partner of the firm, with immediate effect. Moffatt who has experience across various segments of the private equity value chain, has served as a principal at Prysm Capital since 2021.
Prior to Prysm, Moffatt spent four years as a member of Audax Group’s Investor Relations team, focusing on fundraising, product development, marketing and operating strategy initiatives. Earlier in her career, she spent a number of years at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, HarbourVest Partners and Boston Consulting Group.
With offices in New York, Princeton and San Francisco, Prysm employs a top-down thematic investing approach, coupled with bottom-up network-based sourcing, to identify differentiated investment opportunities and drive growth for its partners.
