Push Technology Ltd, a provider of enterprise messaging and Internet communications solutions, has secured an equity investment from Stephens Capital Partners, the family owned investment business based in Little Rock, Arkansas. Stephens’ investment will provide the company with the capital needed to accelerate growth in its key financial services and eGaming markets.
Push Technology has grown quickly to become a leader in the provision of real-time push engine solutions, increasingly establishing its Diffusion technology as the de-facto choice for organisations with mission-critical enterprise messaging applications. The company grew revenues by some 400 percent over the last year, and is targeting continued expansion through direct sales, co-operative technology partnerships and international development.
