PwC Legal has appointed dual qualified banking partner Laetitia Costa as Head of the Banking and Finance Team in London.

She will be responsible for driving further development of the PwC Legal banking and finance offering and overseeing its continued growth. Costa has over 15 years' experiences in leveraged finance, real estate and debt restructuring transactions advising arrangers, funds, private equity firms and corporations.
She advises on all type of senior and subordinated financings for domestic and cross border acquisition, including bank bonds, public to private transactions, unitranche, Euro PP, second lien, mezzanine, hold-co PIK and investment grade financings. Mark Crofskey, Head of M&A at PwC Legal, says: “I am very pleased that Laetitia has chosen to join PwC Legal to head our banking and finance team. We already have an outstanding borrower-side banking practice and Laetitia's experience strongly complements both that and our M&A practice.” Costa says: “PwC Legal provides a unique platform from which to support lenders and sponsors alike. The PwC network is one of the world's most trusted providers of professional services to the Financial Services sector. I am delighted to be joining PwC Legal at such an exciting stage of its development. Drawing on my previous experience, the wealth of finance institutions experience within PWC and the broad international legal network, I will be able to offer a unique service to clients.”
