PwC UK has appointed Duncan Cox to lead its Private Equity business. Cox brings over 30 years of experience at PwC, spanning transaction structuring, fund advisory, forensic investigations, and business transformation.
Most recently, Cox served as PwC’s Global Deals Tax Leader for six years.
Prior to that, Cox also held senior leadership roles including UK Deals Tax Leader and member of PwC UK’s Supervisory Board, and served a three year stint with PwC France where he advised European and global clients.
