The investment takes Insider’s total funding to $274 million.
Insider’s aim is to help brands deliver “unforgettable, individualised experiences that customers love”, while helping marketing specialist simplify and consolidate the customer experience tech stack into a single platform that delivers the “fastest time to value (TTV) and lowest total cost of ownership (TCO)”.
