Quadrille Capital makes three promotions

Quadrille Capital, an independent French investment company, specialising in financing companies in the advanced phase of growth (Growth Equity), is pleased to announce three internal promotions.Brice Delome, 31m has been promoted to Partner. A graduate of HEC and Paris Dauphine, Delome started his career at Quadrille Capital in 2013, first as an Analyst, and then as an Associate and Vice President. He has participated in more than 20 investments in the IT, consumer, life sciences and energy sectors. 

David Shu, 42 years old, has been promoted to CCO. A graduate of Skema (formerly the Lille Graduate School of Commerce), Shu first worked as a Manager at EY in Luxembourg from 2000 to 2006, then at PwC in Paris for two years. Since 2008, he has been CFO of Quilvest Ventures, which became Quadrille Capital following its independence at the end of 2012. He now focuses exclusively on compliance and ESG, two fast-growing sectors. 

Augustin Palle, 26 years old, has been promoted to Associate. Palle worked for two years at the strategy consulting firm Estin and Co and joined Quadrille Capital as an analyst in early 2019.
