French private equity firm Qualium Investissement has made four senior promotions as part of its ongoing growth strategy, strengthening its investment, governance and execution capabilities.
Angèle Martin and Jean-Brice Lachaux have both been promoted to director. Martin joined Qualium in 2018 and has worked across several portfolio companies, including La Foir’Fouille through to exit, as well as Eurodommages, Magnolia, Recocash and IMPC.
Lachaux, also a 2018 joiner, was involved in the management and exit of Biscuit International and later contributed to investments in Parella, SAFTI, Proengin, emlyon business school and Constellation. He continues to support investments in Verdot and Realease Capital.
Alexandre Benichou has been promoted to investment director. Since joining in 2021, he has worked on the portfolio management of SAFTI and IMV Technologies, playing a role in investments in ChapsVision, AVISIA, and Groupe Allen. He also supports buy-and-build strategies and is involved internally in coordinating the deployment of AI solutions.
Filipe Dos Santos has been appointed secretary general, having been involved with Qualium since its formation and previously responsible for fund administration, structuring and fundraising across Qualium funds I, II and III. He also oversees ESG, compliance and internal control.
