Quilvest Capital Partners, a global mid-market alternatives investment manager with over $7bn in AUM, has appointed Richard Berke as its new Global Head of Human Resources.
Berke will lead the HR department, steering all facets of HR strategy and operations to support Quilvest’s growth and facilitate the development of its portfolio companies.
Most recently, Berke served as Principal—Global Human Resources at private markets investment firm Pantheon Ventures since 2019. Before that, he was Head of Resourcing at global asset manager Insight Investment.
