Rainier Partners, a private equity firm investing in lower middle-market services businesses, has promoted Henry Anderson and Luke Bench to Principal and Dave Shephard to Executive Director.
Anderson joined the Rainier team in 2020. Prior to this, Henry served as the Interim CFO of 3B Medical Devices. Before that, he was a Senior Associate at Altamont Capital Partners.
Bench also joined the firm in 2020. Before Rainier, he was a Senior Associate in the San Francisco office of Calera Capital, a middle-market private equity firm. Prior to Calera, he was a member of Jefferies’ Mergers and Acquisitions group in New York.
Shephard joined Rainier Partners in 2022 and serves as the Executive Director of Portfolio Operations, focusing on value creation strategies. Prior to Rainier, he spent six years at Bain & Co, where he managed teams focused on private equity due diligence and strategic challenges.
