With more than 10 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance, Sony brings with him an understanding of investment banking, legal and regulatory aspects, business development and corporate structuring issues.
In his earlier role as an entrepreneur, Sony was co-founder and managing director of Microsec Group, an integrated financial services company active in investment banking, stock and commodity broking and wealth management services, headquartered in Kolkata.
Earlier he was a corporate finance consultant with Lodha Capital Markets in Kolkata responsible for issue management, corporate restructuring, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, loan syndication and other corporate advisory services.
