Shyam Sundar S. Pani, executive director of GIREM, says: "The 2010 Investor of the Year award acknowledges Red Fort’s accomplishments as a value-added investor with deep execution capabilities and the capacity to drive performance across its portfolio."

An industry panel comprised of executives from Jones Lang LaSalle, J.P. Morgan, Kotak Realty and Divyasree Developers selected Red Fort as the winner. Ernst & Young established the award’s overall criteria and selection process.

The award was presented to Red Fort at GIREM’s Urban Planning and Leadership Summit in Goa, India.
