Resilience Capital Partners has completed the sale of certain assets of its portfolio company, ASC Signal, to Raven Industries, a portfolio company of The Edgewater Funds and Granahan McCourt Capital.
The Direct-to-Home, Very Small Aperture Terminal and Skyware Radio Systems business units comprised the transaction. The business units include manufacturing operations in North Carolina and engineering offices in England, Scotland and Germany.
ASC is a manufacturer serving government, military, broadcast and enterprise satellite communication applications. ASC was acquired by Resilience in January 2008 from Andrew Corporation, currently a CommScope subsidiary.
