Resilience Capital Partners has acquired beneficial ownership of 246,750 shares of common stock in EDAC Technologies, which represents over five per cent of EDAC’s outstanding common stock.

Resilience believes the shares are currently undervalued in the marketplace and represent an attractive investment opportunity.

EDAC Technologies, comprising five diversified divisions in Farmington and Newington, Connecticut, provides a broad spectrum of customers with precision aerospace components and assemblies for OEM and MRO, precision spindles including design, repair and rebuilding and complex fixturing, tooling and gauging with design and build capabilities.

Depending upon prevailing market conditions, other investment opportunities, the availability of shares at prices that would make the purchase of additional shares desirable and other investment considerations, Resilience Capital Partners may increase its position in EDAC Technologies through, among other things, the purchase of shares on the open market or in private transactions, and may dispose of any or all its shares in the open market or in private transactions, at any time.

Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Resilience Capital Partners is a private equity firm specialising in investing in lower middle market companies in a broad range of industries.
