Results Healthcare, a corporate advisory firm focused on public and private healthcare and life sciences companies, has appointed Jason Foss as Managing Director.
Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Foss will work alongside colleagues in Results’ existing New York office to drive the growth of the firm’s operations in the world’s largest healthcare market, the USA.
With over 20 years’ experience, Foss is a highly knowledgeable healthcare investment banker having started his career at Morgan Stanley before moving to the United Kingdom to work at a variety of bulge bracket banks including UBS and Citi. In these roles Jason advised clients within the biopharma, medical technology, healthcare services and health-IT industries on M&A and public and private capital raisings.
Most recently Foss has been a Director at Gryphon Emerging Markets before spending time as a senior adviser to Results Healthcare. His appointment as Managing Director comes at a time when an increasing number of European healthcare businesses are seeking to target the US. Both Foss and the Results’ leadership believe this makes it an opportune time to duplicate the firm’s success in Europe in the US market.
