Revelstoke Capital Partners invests in ONsite Mammography

Revelstoke Capital Partners (Revelstoke), a Denver-based private equity firm, has completed its recapitalisation of ONsite Mammography (ONsite).

ONsite is the leading provider of in-office mammography services. The Company delivers a comprehensive turnkey solution including project management, installation, and operational services that enables physicians to offer a greater level of patient care while also increasing patient convenience.
“After a multi-year outbound search in the women’s health sector, we are very pleased to partner with a founder and management team that is dedicated to optimising patient satisfaction and offering the highest quality of care from breast-imaging focused radiologists. ONsite’s 3D mammography services increase patient adherence to preventative exams, improve the detection of breast cancer, and decrease recall rates from false-positive scans,” says Russell Cassella, Managing Partner of Revelstoke.

With its investment in ONsite, Revelstoke has now completed 35 acquisitions, which includes 10 platform investments and 25 add-on acquisitions, representing more than USD1.5 billion of total enterprise value.
Golub Capital acted as the sole lead arranger on the senior credit facility. Winston & Strawn LLP served as legal advisor to Revelstoke. Kahan, Kerensky, & Capossela LLP served as legal advisor to ONsite in the transaction.
