Revere Capital appoints new COO

Revere Capital, a Dallas-based institutional private credit manager, has appointed Clarisa Lindenmeyer as chief operating officer. Before joining Revere, she served as chief of staff and chief brand officer at Gig Wage, a venture-backed fintech platform focused on modernising payments for the 1099 workforce. There, she helped drive the company’s goal of democratising financial access and creating a safety net for underbanked workers.

Lindenmeyer is also the founder of Proximity to Power, a boutique consultancy specialising in C-suite strategy and brand architecture for organisations such as Children’s Health, Boone Pickens Capital, Enterprise Ireland, and The Department of Homeland Security.

Earlier in her career, as chief revenue officer at Tech Wildcatters, she produced one of Dallas’s largest pitch events at the American Airlines Center, helping to accelerate the region’s entrepreneurial momentum.

Lindenmeyer has also served on the board of The United Way’s Social Innovation Accelerator, the Friends of Fair Park Board of Directors, the Dallas Area Habitat for Humanity Board of Directors, and the Executive Board of The Family Place. She is a mentor for MassChallenge, Techstars, and Money 20/20.
