Romco, an international metals recycler producing clean and sustainable essential metals that decarbonise the global supply chain, has secured USD6.2 million in a Series A funding round.
Romco has sold 3.39 per cent of equity, valuing the company at USD180 million.
The Company has also signed up to private company share trading platform Asset Match, to provide more investors with secondary market access.
