Rotunda Capital Partners (Rotunda) has acquired a majority stake in Siegel Egg Co (Siegel), a wholesale distributor of bakery ingredients and other food products throughout New England and New York.
For nearly 100 years, Siegel has acted as a critical partner to both suppliers and customers in the baking industry, with a dedication to customer service and best-in-class operations. The Company operates out of a 171,000-square-foot facility north of Boston, delivering products from its exclusive and preferred supplier relationships to commercial, in-store, wholesale, and foodservice bakeries throughout the region.
Ken Siegel, CEO, and Amy Siegel Feld will continue with the business to support the growth plan.
