RSM’s capital markets team has advised Keystone Law Group, a UK Top 100 law firm, on its GBP50 million initial public offering (IPO).
The AIM listing will help the ambitious law firm, which was founded in 2002, to increase brand recognition and redeem outstanding shareholder loans to leave the Group debt free.
Keystone is a full service networked law firm which utilises technology to drive efficiencies and has the capacity through over 200 consultants to deliver all types of legal work to rival mid-market law firms.
The RSM capital markets team, led by partner Diane Craig with support from Matthew Cowie and Nathan Young, acted for Keystone on today’s placing (27 November 2017).
