Airedale Group, UK specialist in the installation and servicing of catering equipment and a portfolio company of Rubicon Partners, has acquired Network Catering Engineers Limited (Network).
Founded in 2000 by Tim Church, Network has grown into one of the best known names in the industry with a reputation for delivering exceptional service to a broad customer base nationally across the UK. The business employs 90+ engineers and carries out maintenance services to in excess of 60 ‘chain’ customers.
The deal is Airdale’s first acquisition since the Rubicon Partners investment in the business.
