Sagard Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of IntegraMed America for USD14.05 per share in cash, representing a total equity purchase price of approximately USD169.5m.
As a result of the transaction’s completion, IntegraMed’s common stock will cease trading at the close of market today and will be delisted from the Nasdaq Global Market.
