Fund administrator Saltgate SA has appointed Jean-François Flamant to its board in Luxembourg. Flamont joined Saltgate as its head of depositary last year.
He has over two decades’ experience in financial services and oversees Saltgate’s depositary servicing for fund managers to help drive the firm’s client service.
Flamont joined Saltgate from TMF Group, where he was head of depositary services. He also spent 20 years as an alternative funds specialist at ABN Amro and BGL BNP Paribas.
Saltgate launched in 2007 to provide fund administration and accounting services for private equity, debt, and real estate asset classes.
