Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
From its origin as a small signage-focused business, DGS now manages a skilled workforce across multiple operating divisions and facilities that provide design, procurement, manufacturing and installation services across multiple product categories.
The company provides a single source for a broad range of offerings to help customers define and improve their image, environment and consumer experience within brick-and-mortar locations.
