Special situations capital solutions provider Sandton Capital Partners has strengthened its UK and European team further with the appointment of Toby Bundy, an experienced finance and operations professional, as investment manager.
Special situations capital solutions provider Sandton Capital Partners has strengthened its UK and European team further with the appointment of Toby Bundy, an experienced finance and operations professional, as investment manager.
Bundy has previously worked as CFO for a number of UK organisations, assisting businesses with operational management, overhead analysis and restructuring, financial modelling, cash flow forecasting and refinancing of debt and bringing new credit into companies.
Most recently he served as interim CFO for Divine Chocolate and Casablanca Clothing, and has previously worked for Grant Thornton, Kilworth Capital Limited and Wainhomes (SW) Limited. He will work with Sandton’s London-based team.
Bundy has over 14 years of experience in restructuring and advising investors on distressed lending and/or buy-outs and assisting management teams of businesses in difficulty. He is also a chartered accountant.
