Sarasin & Partners has acquired Bread Street Capital Partners. The deal will see Sarasin & Partners build out a new specialist private markets business called Sarasin Bread Street.
Sarasin & Partners is a global investment manager that invests thematically and responsibly on behalf of institutions, charities and private clients, with GBP21 billion in AUM. Bread Street is a private markets boutique founded in 2021 by former Aberdeen Standard Investments private markets investment duo, Alex Barr and James Witter.
