SeaTown Holdings International has announced an investment of up to SGD115m in AddVita, a Singapore-based healthcare and life sciences distribution platform, through its SeaTown Private Capital Master Fund (SeaTown PCap Fund).
The capital will support AddVita’s strategy to become a leading consolidator of small and medium-sized healthcare and life sciences distributors across Asia. The company aims to build a robust, scalable platform that enhances access to high-quality medical, laboratory, and pharmaceutical products and services throughout the region.
AddVita’s “buy-and-build” model is focused on acquiring niche, market-leading distributors, with an emphasis on innovation, operational excellence, and strategic synergies. The platform is designed to empower its portfolio companies by providing capital, infrastructure, and cross-border network support, while preserving their entrepreneurial spirit.
SeaTown’s investment aligns with its broader private equity mandate, which prioritises long-term value creation through scalable growth strategies in defensive sectors. With over a decade of investment experience in Asia and more than $400m and execution capability to support AddVita’s regional expansion.
