Sienna Private Credit reaches €85m in commitments for F2E fund

Sienna Private Credit (formerly ACOFI Gestion) has reached €85 million in commitments for its F2E fund with backing from MAIF and the European Investment Fund. The F2E fund has a target of €250 million and will offer tailor-made financing solutions to support SMEs and industrial players in the Energy Transition.

The fund is classified as an impact fund under article 9 of the European SFDR (Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation), and also has a Greenfin label which ensures that investments effectively contribute to the financing of the energy and ecological transitions.

The fund also meets the criteria promoted by Finance for Tomorrow, which aims to make green and sustainable finance a key driving force in the development of the Paris Financial Centre.
