Siepe, a provider of software and technology-driven services for private credit and Collateralised Loan Obligation (CLO) managers, has strengthened its leadership team appointing Sean Kelley as Product Manager, Optimisation, and Andrew Hosford as Technical Lead, Optimisation.
In their new roles, Kelley and Hosford will play a pivotal part in advancing Siepe’s optimisation capabilities, enhancing the development and delivery of the firm’s suite of products and services.
Kelley brings over 25 years of expertise in CLO and credit markets to Siepe. He joins from US Bank, where he spent five years as Head of CLO Data Analytics and Research, driving the expansion of CLO market research and the development of portfolio management and data analytics tools. Previously, he was Vice President, CLO Management at PPM America, where he led the development of the CLO operational platform as part of the firm’s re-entry into the market.
Hosford, meanwhile, has extensive experience in developing a wide array of technical and quantitative analytic tools for fund managers focused on structured finance products. Prior to joining Siepe, Hosford spent five years at US Bank, most recently as Vice President, where he managed the development of portfolio engineering tools for the Wealth, Corporate, Commercial and Institutional Banking Innovations Team. Before that, he was Assistant Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on the creation of risk analysis tools for the Volcker Trading Desk.
These appointments come on the heels of Siepe’s recent expansion into international markets, with the opening of new offices in London, Dublin, and Malaysia.
