Integrated Oncology Network (ION), a portfolio company of private equity firm Silver Oak Services Partners (Silver Oak), has acquired California Cancer Associates for Research & Excellence (cCARE).
Founded in 1993, cCARE is a leading provider of comprehensive cancer treatment services with over 30 providers across 6 centres in the Fresno and San Diego, CA markets. cCARE provides an integrated cancer care offering including medical oncology, radiation oncology, diagnostic imaging, and other ancillary services. The combination of ION and cCARE creates one of the largest oncology providers in the US with 57 centres across 14 states.
