Silverfleet Capital builds team in Paris and Munich

Jean Châtillon has joined European private equity firm Silverfleet Capital in Paris as a principal, while Benjamin Hubner and Jennifer Regehr have joined the firm in Munich as associates.

Châtillon joins from Cobalt Capital, a Paris-based private equity firm, where he has been investing in mid-market French companies for the last seven years. Prior to joining Cobalt he worked for EY in Paris in the audit and transaction services business units.

Hubner joins from McKinsey & Company in Munich where he has worked on consulting projects across a wide range of sectors since 2010.

Regehr was previously at UniCredit Bank which she joined in 2011. Over that period she worked on the financing of a number of the highest profile leveraged buyouts in the German market.

Neil MacDougall, managing partner of Silverfleet Capital, says: “We are very pleased to welcome Jean, Benjamin and Jennifer into our team at Silverfleet Capital. They, in common with Sumit Dheir and Jakob Wagner who joined our London office earlier this year, will be kept very busy as we expect to continue our high level of investment activity alongside managing an expanded portfolio and achieving further exits. Their appointments demonstrate our continued commitment to developing talented and strong investment teams in each of our offices across Europe.”
