Salt Lake City-based private equity firm SilverLeaf Financial has announced the signing of a partnership agreement between the firm’s president and chief executive Shane Baldwin and Aspen Capital president and shareholder Joe Johnson.
The two firms have established a new entity, AspenLeaf Capital, in order to acquire capital for a private equity fund established to purchasing distressed assets from the FDIC and other financial institutions.
SilverLeaf Financial has added a new member to their executive team this month, vice president of public relations Campbell M. Dosch.
Prior to SilverLeaf Financial, Dosch worked as a director of marketing, PR specialist, marketing manager, and sales executive for many large companies throughout the US.
Dosch says: "I’m excited to become part of the SilverLeaf team and vision. I’m confident I can take the company’s image and media relations to the next level, and effectively increase the company’s awareness."
SilverLeaf chief executive Shane Baldwin (pictured) says: "I’m very happy we were able to bring Campbell on board. His extensive PR and online marketing experience will help us tremendously, and allow us to continue in the right direction."
SilverLeaf Financial is a private equity firm that purchases pools of performing and non-performing, first deed of trust, loan pools from the FDIC for the purpose of prompt monetization.
