Based in New York, Grapski will be responsible for leading SK Capital’s approach to portfolio company improvement, with a focus on execution and accelerating the delivery of strategic, operational and financial objectives.

He joins from Berkshire Partners, where he spent more than a decade as an operating partner in the firm’s portfolio support group. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at Univar, concentrating on strategy, M&A and continuous improvement, and was also a partner at McKinsey & Company.
