SK Capital, a private investment firm focused on the chemicals, specialty materials, and pharmaceuticals sectors, completed its previously announced acquisition of the Fire Safety and Oil Additives businesses of Israel Chemicals Ltd (ICL). The businesses have been renamed Perimeter Solutions (Perimeter) and will be headquartered in St Louis, Missouri.
