Sol Systems has added three veteran energy executives, Patty Rollin, Mary Beth Mandanas, and Hans Dyke, to its expanding team.
Collectively, Rollin, Mandanas, and Dyke bring significant executive and energy industry experience to the Sol Systems team.

Rollin has joined as Vice President of Utility Development and will manage Sol’s work with partners to develop offsite Utility-Scale projects for clients. Mandanas has joined as Chief Investment Officer and will lead structured finance and capital formation. Dyke has joined as General Counsel and will help guide the strategy of Sol’s growing enterprise.
Before joining Sol Systems, Rollin served as Vice President at AES Solar/Silver Ridge Power where she led the origination, development and contracting of 900MW. She held the previous role of Vice President at American Capital Energy and Infrastructure (ACEI) where she originated and managed global power investments.
Mandanas joins Sol Systems following five years as Chief Strategy Officer at CleanChoice Energy. Prior to CleanChoice, she worked in corporate and investment banking for over 20 years, most recently as Managing Director and Head of Power/Utilities in RBC Capital’s Corporate Banking division, and as Managing Director in the North American Power and Utilities Group at Citi and prior to that with Credit Suisse.
Dyke joins Sol Systems from Bracewell LLP, where he was a partner in the firm’s energy and infrastructure group and helped lead its renewable energy practice. He has represented Sol Systems on a number of transactional, commercial and regulatory matters as outside counsel.
