Funds affiliated to Lightyear Capital (Lightyear) have agreed to acquire assets from and partner with Schellman & Company (Schellman) in forming a new venture that will set the standard for the delivery of information technology and cybersecurity compliance services.  Going forward, Schellman, a licensed CPA firm, will provide attest services, and Schellman Compliance, LLC, a newly formed entity, will provide non-attest services. THG Ingenuity, the technology division of THG, has invested GBP1.4 million to acquire a minority stake in Civo, cloud native service provider. Foresight Group (Foresight), a listed private equity and infrastructure investment manager, has made a GBP1.75 million growth capital investment into Previsico Limited (Previsico), developers of an accurate flood forecasting and warning system.
