Global technology-led marketing business Team ITG, backed by the mid-market European private equity firm Equistone Partners Europe (Equistone), has acquired a majority stake in European creative automation software company Storyteq, based in Amsterdam.
Team ITG, founded in 2009, is an enterprise class technology and marketing services provider disrupting the global creative production market by simplifying and automating complex global marketing operations.
The new partnership with Storyteq enhances the power of CanopyCloud, Team ITG’s proprietary Cloud-based technology platform, by enabling bulk automation of rich, localised and personalised videos, adding to CanopyCloud’s existing workflow, content automation and omnichannel deployment capabilities. Investment funds managed by EagleTree have acquired Integreon from NewQuest Capital Partners (NewQuest). Integreon will be a new standalone platform investment in the EagleTree portfolio, and Integreon’s operations, management team and personnel will remain unchanged following the EagleTree investment. Financial terms have not been disclosed.

Drata, a security and compliance automation company, has raised USD25 million in Series A funding led by GGV Capital.
The new financing comes six months after the company’s initial seed round and launch out of stealth. Drata’s platform helps companies achieve and maintain continuous compliance through automated security control monitoring and evidence collection. YFM Equity Partners (YFM) is continuing to support the growth of innovative Scottish software business Traveltek with a GBP1.3 million investment from funds managed by YFM and co-investor FTI LLP.
Over the last 20 years, Traveltek has developed technology which enables leisure travel companies to package together an extensive range of hotels, flights, cruises and ancillary travel services in one seamless transaction.
