TMF Group, a provider of global administrative services, including fund accounting and administration, for private equity, private debt, venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure funds, has acquired PartnersAdmin LLC (PartnersAdmin), a full-service outsourced fund administration provider.
TMF Group will now administer more than $215 billion worth of assets on behalf of its global fund manager client base.
Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Carlsbad, California, PartnersAdmin has a strong US West Coast footprint and a portfolio of fund clients across multiple states, including California, Texas, New York, and Colorado.

Stax LLC, a global strategy consulting firm specialising in commercial due diligence, value creation, and exit planning for private equity firms, PE-backed companies, hedge funds, and investment banks, has opened a new office in London, which will serve as the base for the firm’s European operations.
The office expansion follows Stax’s acquisition of AMR International, a London-based strategy consulting firm, in 2022.
In a statement, Stax president Jayson Traxler, said: “As Stax continues to grow, our new London office is part of our growth strategy to provide value to our private equity, hedge fund, and investment banking clients in EMEA.”
XTAL, a fintech focused on the global private market industry, has launched the Private Fund Forward Exchange (PRIFFE), an institutional derivative risk transfer platform for private market fund interests.
XTAL says PRIFFE is designed to facilitate risk transfer transactions, like forwards, swaps and OTC option contracts, on unlisted private market fund portfolio allocations, as well as interests in individual funds.
According to XTAL, PRIFFE overcomes the opacity of private fund cash flows and NAVs, by translating them into intelligible bond-like yields, which are exchangeable with derivatives over any future maturity.

Within 60 days, RealBlocks says it can set up a white-label solution for asset managers that provides a fully digital investing and secondary trading process. The firm offers access to a series of purchasers, including Secondaries managers and other Limited Partners (LPs) of the fund. The General Partner (GP), however, controls the permissioning regarding who can or cannot participate in these transactions.
Fund and corporate services provider ZEDRA, has completed the integration and rebrand of Atlas Fund Services, which it acquired in November 2022, to ZEDRA. The new ZEDRA team in Charlotte, North Carolina and Curaçao will service both seasoned and emerging managers of hedge and private equity funds based in the US and throughout Latin America.
Pan-European private equity firm Astorg is to use LemonEdge’s cloud native platform for its LP, GP and fund accounting requirements.
Astorg, which has over €18 billion of assets under management, will will now manage its full accounting processes via the LemonEdge platform without the need for offline processes.
This includes transaction automation across the fund structure, without legacy equity pick up, single click ILPA and customer reporting, and integrated calculations including NAV, waterfalls and IRRs.
Sullivan Street Partners, a London based buyout firm focused on deals in the UK lower mid-market, has appointed Zeina Bain as managing partner, alongside co-founders Layton Tamberlin and Richard Sanders.
Bain has over 20 years experience in the private equity industry and joins Sullivan Street from Intermediate Capital Group where she was managing director for three years leading structured partnership investments across the UK, Benelux, and the Nordics.

Standish Management, an independent provider of fund administration services to private equity funds, has launched depositary services through its Luxembourg subsidiary, Standish Management (Luxembourg).
Standish’s depositary services are now operational after receiving authorisation from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), which oversees Luxembourg’s financial sector.
Standish says the addition of depositary services to its fund administration and corporate services offerings enables the firm to now service clients across all Luxembourg regulatory and administration requirements.
