Pan-European private equity firm Astorg is to use LemonEdge’s cloud native platform for its LP, GP and fund accounting requirements. Astorg, which has over €18 billion of assets under management, will will now manage its full accounting processes via the LemonEdge platform without the need for offline processes.  This includes transaction automation across the fund structure, without legacy equity pick up, single click ILPA and customer reporting, and integrated calculations including NAV, waterfalls and IRRs.  
Sullivan Street Partners, a London based buyout firm focused on deals in the UK lower mid-market, has appointed Zeina Bain as managing partner, alongside co-founders Layton Tamberlin and Richard Sanders.  Bain has over 20 years experience in the private equity industry and joins Sullivan Street from Intermediate Capital Group where she was managing director for three years leading structured partnership investments across the UK, Benelux, and the Nordics.  Prior to this, Bain was a managing director in Carlyle Group’s European buyout team, where she spent 18 years, executing a large number of deals across a wide range of sectors including
Standish Management, an independent provider of fund administration services to private equity funds, has launched depositary services through its Luxembourg subsidiary, Standish Management (Luxembourg).  Standish’s depositary services are now operational after receiving authorisation from the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF), which oversees Luxembourg’s financial sector.  Standish says the addition of depositary services to its fund administration and corporate services offerings enables the firm to now service clients across all Luxembourg regulatory and administration requirements.

Abacus Group, a provider of hosted IT services and solutions to alternative investment firms, has acquired two boutique cybersecurity consulting companies, Gotham Security and its parent company, GoVanguard, which will now be known as Gotham Security, and will operate as an independent subsidiary of Abacus Group.  Abacus says the deal will additional cybersecurity consulting expertise to the group’s existing services portfolio, including a comprehensive set of information security capabilities to provide clients with real-world, actionable insight, including penetration testing, red teaming, tabletop exercises, risk and compliance gap assessments, and threat hunting services.   Gotham Security’s dedicated leadership team will remain
PwC’s UK Deals Insights and Analytics team has chosen Doorda Data Products to augment its analytics capabilities for hedge fund, private equity, and corporate clients. Doorda researches, consolidates, links and updates open data from hundreds of publishers into a cloud data platform. By incorporating data from Doorda, PwC says its UK Deals Insights and Analytics team can focus on the analytics work that is critical when executing deals.
