Law firm Paul Hastings has served as legal advisor to Romeo Systems, Inc. (Romeo Power), in its agreement to merge with RMG Acquisition Corp, a special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).The merger will result in Romeo Power becoming a publicly listed company. The combined company will be named Romeo Power Inc. and is expected to remain listed on the NYSE and trade under the new ticker symbol “RMO.” RMG Acquisition Corp. trades under the symbol RMG.
