Kayne Partners is the growth private equity group of Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors, a Los Angeles-based alternative investment firm managing more than USD22 billion in assets. Piper Jaffray & Co acted as exclusive financial advisor and placement agent for Source Intelligence.
