Sovereign Capital Partners, a lower mid-market private equity firm focused on buy & build investments, has promoted two of its team members – Philipp Zimmerer to Investment Director, and Jaime Leslie to Investment Manager.
Zimmerer has been with Sovereign since 2021 and has made a consistently strong contribution to the team and played an important role across a number of investments including Actica, Mozaic and most recently Equilibrium.
Leslie joined Sovereign in 2022 and has delivered another successful year of deal activity, making a strong impact across investments including Affinia, Bioscript, Eden, and Shackleton.
