Arrowpoint Advisory has advised SP Collection ion its acquisition of the women’s designer brand, Roland Mouret.
SP Collection, a new holding company established by Han Chong, has successfully acquired the luxury brand Roland Mouret after it went into administration last month.
The brand will join self-portrait, the contemporary fashion house founded by Chong in 2013, in the newly established group that has been set up to discover, nurture, and develop best in class creativity and design.
Arrowpoint Advisory acted as adviser to SP Collection on the transaction, which consists of the intellectual property assets of 19 RM Limited. Staff and Retail did not form part of the deal.
