Stellantis mulls full exit from Comau in deal with One Equity

Stellantis NV is reportedly considering a complete divestment of its industrial-automation unit Comau, effectively handing full control to private equity firm One Equity Partners, according to a report by Bloomberg citing Italy’s Corriere della Sera.

In 2024, One Equity bought a majority stake in Comau, which specialises in robotics and automation solutions.

Stellantis has a 49.9% stake, with the right to sell it from 2027.
