Law firm Stephenson Harwood has added to its private equity practice with the arrival of new Partner Paul Barron, who has 20 years of experience in private equity and corporate transactions and has joined the firm in London.
Barron advises private equity houses, corporates, management teams, and investors on the full spectrum of private equity matters, including acquisitions, disposals, bolt-ons, consortium arrangements, minority investments, and management equity plans, with his practice spanning both UK and international markets.
