Sullivan Street Partners, a UK-based mid-market private equity investor, has supported the bolt-on acquisition of Greenfingers Landscape Ltd by its portfolio company Tivoli Group. The company, which has an annual turnover of £5.5m, adds to Tivoli’s existing £65m in revenues.
Sullivan Street Partners, a UK-based mid-market private equity investor, has supported the bolt-on acquisition of Greenfingers Landscape Ltd by its portfolio company Tivoli Group. The company, which has an annual turnover of £5.5m, adds to Tivoli’s existing £65m in revenues.
Greenfingers is a provider of horticultural and grounds maintenance services in the North West of England, serving a range of landowners across the public and private sector including housing associations. This acquisition supports Tivoli Group’s expansion strategy which aims to grow both organically and through M&A with Greenfingers’ depots and trained staff set to be integrated into the Tivoli team.
The deal is Tivoli’s second bolt-on transaction and follows the acquisition of Sodexo UK’s Horticultural Services division in 2021.
