Swander Pace Capital, a private equity firm focused on investing in consumer staples across both food & beverage and health & wellness categories, has appointed Greg Somerville as CEO of Maple Donuts, LLC, an SPC portfolio company. Maple Donuts is a producer of frozen bakery products, serving retail partners, foodservice operators, and institutional customers across North America.
Somerville brings more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in consumer products categories.
He previously served as President and CEO of Savencia Cheese USA, a subsidiary of Paris-based Savencia Fromage & Dairy, and held various executive management roles at Land O’Lakes, The Pillsbury Company, and Unilever.
