Private equity firm TA Associates has appointed Tony Marsh as director of capital markets in its Boston office.
In this newly created role, he will lead all new acquisition financings and capital markets activities for TA portfolio companies, as well as manage the firm’s relationships with corporate finance providers.
Marsh joins TA from Credit Suisse Securities (USA) where he served as a director, providing senior sponsor relationship coverage and executing transactions for key accounts. He advised clients on capital market trends and strategic decisions, including acquisitions, divestitures and capital structure alternatives. Previously, he was a controller at Mack Trucks.
