Private equity firm TA Associates has hired Diana Martz in the newly created role of Vice President, Human Capital. Martz will be based in TA’s Boston office.
Martz is a member of TA’s Strategic Resource Group, which leverages diverse consulting and operating experience to support the scaling of growth and value creation in TA’s portfolio companies. She partners with deal sponsors in TA’s five industry groups and portfolio company management teams to assist in the identification of world-class executive talent, industry advisors and board members.
Prior to joining TA Associates, Martz was Director of Talent for OpenView Venture Partners, where she built and managed the venture capital firm’s talent acquisition function and led the hiring of more than 450 employees for key positions in the firm’s portfolio. Previously, Martz served as Director of Recruiting at Matchbox, a SaaS startup, and as a consultant at recruitment firm Michael Page International. Martz received a BA in Communication from Boston College.
