Lamb earned his MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and holds a BA from Stanford University.
Zappala has over three years of experience as an analyst and associate evaluating potential investment opportunities across the consumer/retail, industrial, healthcare and energy industries. In addition, he assisted in the monitoring of investments through various portfolio management and investment realisation responsibilities. Prior to joining Tengram, Zappala was an Associate and an Analyst at CCMP Capital, a global middle-market buyout and growth equity firm. He holds a BS degree in Finance from the Boston College Carroll School of Management.
"We are excited to welcome Robin and Michael to the investment team," says Matt Eby, Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Tengram. "We believe that they will be great additions to the team that we have built at TCP. Their operational and financial backgrounds will expand the support and insight that Tengram brings to its partnerships with our portfolio companies and their founders. We are glad to have them both join our team."
